Testimonials
Absolutely stunning wedding venue. We had our humanistic ceremony in the Dublin City Hall mid-October. The organisation of the event was so easy, thanks to Denise and all staff. We got all help that we needed, including a list of usual suppliers which made our life so much easier. The City Hall is such a fabulous space that we decided to skip any decorations. Flower centre piece was all we opted for and no regrets! We had a place for c. 3 hours so after the ceremony we had a champagne and canapés reception there to spend some time with the guests and enjoy the surroundings. Photoshoots from the City Hall are stunning! If you are looking for a city centre venue with a soul and staff that really cares about every single detail, look no more! Anna
Had our wedding here a couple of weeks ago and it was a really great experience. The interior of the building itself is so spectacular and creates such a beautiful atmosphere that all of our guests were blown away, most of whom have lived in Dublin all their lives. All the staff on the day were so friendly and helpful. We had a drinks reception afterward and they were incredibly patient and let us all really relax and enjoy the space. Highly recommend. Dublin City Hall is a striking architectural gem that reflects the city’s historical significance. The venue often hosts cultural events, adding vibrancy to its historical charm. Syam Krishna
I had the absolute pleasure of getting to legally marry several couples in the stunning City Hall this year. The venue is stunning. Every single time that I walk through the two dramatic front doors, it takes my breath away. Denise, Aoife and all the staff there are such a pleasure to deal with from my side of things as a wedding celebrant. Whether the space is left as is, or whether it’s dressed with flowers, it never disappoints and it is one of my most favourite places to marry couples. If you are planning on getting married there, I couldn’t recommend it more. Ruth Scott Ceremonies
We’ve photographed so many weddings at Dublin City Hall and each one is special for us. Our couples typically have a laid back vibe but the main ceremony hall feels grand without feeling stuffy. The wings of Dublin City Hall lend themselves perfectly to a drinks reception on one side and a very beautiful naturally lit option for group photos on the other – like seriously it’s probably one of the best indoor locations of any venue for group photos! Our couples typically opt for a nearby restaurant for the reception. We love this ceremony location and the staff are always so professional and courteous. We can’t wait to be back photographing city weddings here again! Honey & the Moon Photography
